Another day in the life of Bud and Mary.... it is Wednesday... and I had Bible Study this morning with 5 ladies that made it, including Jessica my granddaughter.. how neat.
Then Bud had a Dr. appt. for his toe to be looked at. He never really shared much about it. Some time back he said he stubbed his litte toe. No more about. Then he tells me he is going to see foot Dr., it is still hurting. Well one office visit later with x-ray, and Dr., tells him what I would have guessed it to be. A small fracture, healing nicely... probably will take a few more weeks tho. DUH!! What confidence he has in me!! lol
It has been an odd day... Showers here, Sun here, Cloudy more showers, no rain, sun back.. went on all day like that. Can truly say we get variety here and ALL in one day.
Today is the 13th birthday of our precious firstborn great grandchildren. Two, beautiful, jolly, loving girls, named Courtney and Sarah... what more can Grams say about you. Double the wonder of God's creation, filled with lots of promise and talents and gifts to enrich & bless others. I hope I live long enough to see you grown and the fine young ladies you are meant to be. I wonder what you shall be and do in your adult life. hmmm
I hope your day today was a good one.
Well supper was a quickie, since Bud didn't get home as quick as we thought... But it is the simple things that make the day isn't it? Maple bacon, eggs, (mine had a slice of cheese and a slice of onion on the side) toast & jelly, & a cup of tea. Is there anything better??
I think Bacon and Eggs are the ultimate tasty meal!!
Off to put the feet up for a bit and decide what we shall do for the rest of the evening...
